Preparing for tonight's class on Jonah. The famous fish had been "assigned" by God to swallow Jonah, not to punish him, but to save his life. I wonder if God has "assignments" for me to step alongside people who are in need? I pray that I can respond to my "assignments" as well as this fish did.
