Mark and Carla Bundy have been members here since moving to the area from their farm in Central Louisiana in 1987. Carla and Mark have been married for 40 years since joining forces in 1978 after meeting at the Christian Youth Encampment in DeRidder, LA. Growing up Mark attended the Seventh & Camp St. Church of Christ in New Orleans, and the Denham Springs Church of Christ near Baton Rouge, and Carla attended the Bayou Jacque Church of Christ. They are thankful for three faithful daughters and three wonderful sons-in-law. Lauren and Joel Dixon, Daphne and Andrew Straub, and Bonnie and Scott Ingram. They are also blessed of seven grandchildren; Ansleiigh Yazbeck, Maryanna, Betty and Andrew Straub, and Eden, Georgia, and Marleigh Ingram. Mark has been involved here as a special events ministry leader, teacher, deacon, shepherd and substitute pulpit minister. Carla has worked in our special events, education and women’s ministries. Carla is a world traveler and writer that works out of their home, near the church in the Heritage Heights Subdivision. Mark commutes across the lake every day to do his work as an Engineer for the Laitram Group of Companies that are Headquartered in Harahan, Louisiana.

Paul and his wfe Chauvon have been married for 35 years and members of Tammany Oaks since 1996. They have two sons Paul and Brant, a beautiful daughter-in-law Lindsey,

their first grandchild Lucy, and another coming soon. Paul and his sons own a glass company, Paul’s Glass & Mirror, and Chauvon works inflight for Southwest Airlines. He currently co-leads the teen class and teaches with Mark on Wednesday night summer classes.

Ambrose and Renee both grew up in Baton Rouge. They attended different churches, and met at Summer Camp. They married in 1983, one year after Ambrose finished Law School at LSU. Renee received her BS in Accounting from LSU in 1985. Their son, Ambrose IV, was born in 1990. They all moved to Mandeville and joined this congregation in 1991. Renee has worked in the Finance Ministry and Women’s Ministry, and Ambrose taught Bible Classes and served as one of the Youth Deacons for several years before being appointed as a shepherd in 2001. He has done most of the preaching at Tammany Oaks since 2011. Ambrose retired from the practice of Law in 2013. Since then, when he’s not on the golf course, he spends his time at the church building, preparing Bible classes and sermons.

Matthew and his wife, Willisia, met at Auburn University, and have three sons Lucas, Justin, and Kaeden. They relocated to Mandeville in 2012 after living in Columbia, SC for 18 years where they attended Palmetto Church of Christ, serving in small group ministry, adult and children’s education, and worship ministry where Matthew was the Worship Leader and a Deacon. Since joining TOCC in 2012, they have continued to serve in the education and worship ministries. Matthew has worked for International Paper since 1994, is currently the Manufacturing Excellence Manager at the Bogalusa Mill, and spends his “spare” time mentoring youth as a Scout Leader.
